Curbnote is in pre-launch. The browser extension isn't publicly available yet. By joining the waitlist, you're opting in to be notified when the beta opens. Beta access is free during this period and may be paused, throttled, or revoked while we work out kinks.
Acceptable use
Use Curbnote to evaluate properties you're considering, not to compile information about people who live in them. Don't use it to harass, defame, or discriminate. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Curbnote itself. The underlying records are public; the tool exists to help one buyer at a time read them more easily.

Curbnote surfaces public records and links to their sources. It does not provide legal, financial, real-estate, or environmental advice. Findings should be verified independently — directly with the source agency, your agent, or a qualified professional — before you act on them. Curbnote is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
